Cancellation Policy

**ALL PRICES ARE BASE PRICES. VIEW ADD ON SERVICES FOR THE COST OF FRENCH, ACCENT NAILS ETC. **APPOINTMENTS NOT CONFIRMED WITH SCREENSHOT OF DEPOSIT, 2 WKS IN ADVANCE WILL BE CANCELED! **A Late fee of $50 is applied after 10mins, $100 after 30 mins. The appointment can be cancelled after 30 mins and you will lose your deposits. **Please note that a $100(TT) NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required (FOR EACH SERVICE) to be made no less than 2wks before your appointment. Payment can be made via online banking or fast deposit. First Citizens Bank- "Everything Nails" Acc# 2524908, Chq Acc ( A screenshot of the deposit must be sent via whatsapp, 868-464-SADE(7233) ) Your deposit would be applied to your total at the end of your service. ** If you need to cancel your appointment please send us a Whatsapp message(8684647233). This allows us to cancel your appointment in a timely manner from our end. You will lose your $100 deposit ( for each service) if you cancel within 48hrs,prior to your scheduled appointment. ** If you need to reschedule your appointment, please log in to your account on the website and choose another day and time time works for you. If you are rescheduling within 48hrs of your appointment you need to send us a whatsapp and you will lose your deposits.
